A passport style photo must be attached. Applications in respect of a Partner must be accompanied by a scan of a stamped and signed Partner Declaration - Form XX03 or the Non-Cohabiting Partner Declaration - Form XX04. RST may require further supporting documentation to establish eligibility. Non-UK documents will usually require an official English language translation.
