APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL (FIP) COUPONS –

Use this form to request Free Coupons for travel in specific countries.

DO NOT use this form if:

  • you require International Coupons for other family members (use Employee and Family instead), or
  • the names on your Staff Travel Card or TOC Privilege Card are different to your passport names

Note - We do not require your middle name
For each International Coupon issued to you, your First Name and Last Name on the Coupon MUST match the Name on your Passport.

Any Coupon that is not issued in the Passport Name of the holder will not be eligible for travel when abroad.

Therefore, if:
  • the name on your Staff Travel Card or TOC Privilege Card are different to your passport name, or
  • RST have not previously issued International Coupons in the correct passport name

Then you MUST NOT submit this form online.

Instead, please complete the form, attach it to an email and send it to RST at rst@raildeliverygroup.com confirming the Passport Name to be used.

IMPORTANT NOTE -
Please look after your Coupons and keep them secure.
Once issued, International Coupons CANNOT be replaced if they are lost or damaged.
  • Coupons have both a Start Date and an End Date. They are valid for a maximum of 3 months.
  • The Outward Travel Date that you enter will be taken as your Start Date.
  • Online submissions of this Form MUST reach RST at least 2 weeks, but not more that 3 months, before your travel date.
  • Emailed or postal applications MUST reach RST at least 3 weeks before your travel date.
  • If your date of travel is over 3 months away, you should wait until a date within 3 months of your travel date and then apply using this form online. Alternatively, can still apply for Coupons but will need to complete the form manually and email it to RST (the form will not accept online submission with a date over 3 months away).

International Reduced Rate Card (FIP Card)

RST will automatically issue you (and any eligible Dependants) with an FIP Card, if you (they) do not already have one.

The FIP Card provides discounted travel in the countries listed above and on Eurostar.
