“We understand the importance of getting things right for our passengers” : RDG

Responding to the publication of the latest rail complaints data by the ORR, a spokesperson for the Rail Delivery Group that brings together Network Rail and rail operators, said:

“We understand the importance of getting things right for our passengers, especially on punctuality, and although complaints have risen since last year, they are almost 60% lower than a decade ago.

“The industry is committed to working together to make Europe's best railway even better by improving the service we offer to passengers and the reliability of track and trains."
