If you require a residential (or duty) pass to be replaced please scan an image of it together with your proof of name change and attach as one document to this form.

Please email a photo of any other passes cut into four with the name and numbers clearly showing to enable reissue (passes needed for work or residential travel are excluded from this) - see additional information below.

  • Any documents supplied that are not in English must be accompanied by an official translation
  • All cards and passes must either be cut up into four and an image emailed to rst@raildeliverygroup.com or be returned to RST (by "signed for" delivery) - to Rail Staff Travel, PO Box 72071, LONDON EC1P 1JD - for reissue in your new name
    • Residential and duty passes: please scan an image of the pass together with your proof of name change and attach as one document to this form. Please email a photo of any other passes cut into 4 with the name and numbers clearly showing once we have issued you with the new one
    • International travel: your FIP card must match your passport name, so only email a photo of this pass cut into 4 with the name and numbers clearly showing if you are also changing your passport
    • Leisure travel: please email a photo of any passes cut into 4 with the name and numbers clearly showing to enable reissue in your new name.
